  1. Introduction

Data protection is very important to us. We respect your privacy and personal life. We will therefore inform you below about the processing of personal data when using the website and related applications provided by PANOVIA PROD SA. Our company, PANOVIA PROD SA, is responsible for complying with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (with English abbreviation GDPR). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use (processing) and transfer of data communicated directly to our company, as well as the use of personal data collected by PANOVIA PROD SA from public sources for the purpose of inviting events, sending commercial proposals and partnerships. Our data protection practices comply with applicable data protection law, but if for any reason the terms set forth in this Policy are not acceptable to you, you can communicate your complaint to dpo@panovia.ro .

PANOVIA PROD SA does not use suppliers outside of the European Economic Area to provide services and process your data.

To prevent unauthorized access, to maintain accurate data and ensure the correct use of data, we implement reasonable physical, IT and organizational security measures to protect efficient all personal data that we collect / store / process. We take technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unwanted access in as widely as possible. Besides securing the operating environment, for example, in certain areas (customer account, contact form for the site) we use the encryption process. The information you provide will then be transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to prevent inappropriate use of data by third parties. You can identify this by seeing the symbol of a closed padlock in your browser’s status bar, and the address bar starts with “https”. Data security will be adjusted according to the state of the art.

You may request information from us at any time about the data stored about you, as well as about its origin, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom these data are being transmitted, and the purpose of the storage.

  • The right of withdrawal

If you have agreed to use the data, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (once the contracted services have been completed) without giving you any reasons. To do this, simply send an email to dpo@panovia.ro .

  • The right to rectification

If your data collected by our organization is incorrect, you can request them to be corrected at any time by contacting your personal data manager at dpo@panovia.ro .

  • The right to delete

You may delete your personal data at any time by requesting the already announced methods or using our contact data in the signed agreement. As a rule, your data is deleted immediately, but no later than one month after you apply this right. If the deletion contravenes the data retention obligations established by law, contract or regulatory tax laws, commercial or other statutory purposes, instead of deletion, only data may be blocked. If this is the case for your client account, you will receive a notification from us about it. After deleting your data, it is no longer possible to receive the information. Any personal data that will no longer be stored for legislative reasons will be deleted after the above-mentioned deadline. Personal data, such as base data, which should not be deleted during storage for legal reasons, will be blocked for your safety.

  • Data porting right (since 25.05.2018)

If you ask us for the personal data made available, if you wish, we will provide or communicate to you or another person responsible for the data in a structured, common and electronically-processed format. The latter only if this is technically feasible and only related to the data you have entrusted to us. The data obtained from the services rendered are not the purpose of such a process, and a discussion will be addressed separately.

  • The right to objection

You may oppose data processing for direct marketing purposes at any time and without giving your reasons. However, the data absolutely necessary for the performance of the contract between our company and you do not fall under the scope of Regulation no. 679/2016 and can be further processed.

  • Contact (to enforce the rights of the data subjects)

If you contact us by email at dpo@panovia.ro or by mail (OLTENITA, STR. TINERETULUI, No. 2, JUD. CALARASI), the information you provide (your email address, your name and your phone, if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions or your request. We delete the data that appears in this context after the storage space is no longer required or limit the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.

In case of complaints, please contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing at www.dataprotection.ro. Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisor regarding the processing of your personal data if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated.
