If you want to offer your clients warm products and specialties, you may want to consider the frozen products.
This may come out as a non-sense…. but think of the advantages:
- Space saving (the frozen products require a smaller storing place).
- Time saving (pre-baking and baking itself is less time consuming compared to the classical preparation manner).
- Money saving (you buy only the products you need, how much you need and the required trained personnel is minimum).
And this is not all. Think of the diversity you may have in your menu (you do not want to bore your customers with the same menu, do you?) Or at the tempting smell of hot delicatessen which shall appeal the customers and make them come back again for the dainties you serve them.
Doesn't this sound irresistible now?
Our plant is located 60 km of Bucharest and benefits by large and modernly equipped spaces. This is where we succeeded in preparing the baker's “dough” with the help of state-of-art technology, thus making genuine products, which do not only satisfy the customers' needs but even anticipate them.
We have been operating as Ilact since 2004, but we chose to change our name in Panovia as from the end of last year in our desire to reflect more the philosophy we embrace.
Considering that quality does not mean the name but strict hygiene conditions and careful monitoring of the manufacture process we have implemented the quality standards ISO 9001 and HACCP, and then have them TUV Thuringen certificated.
That's reason enough for joy and as the dough we make to keep growing.
